Abi Jude
Psychotherapist
Abi’s work is humanistic and formative in orientation and experiential in practice: how we have been formed by life and how we can shape, re-form and influence our experience now, ending old patterns and forming new pathways for the future. There is always a pattern to explore and understand and a new way to thrive and embrace who we are and live authentically.
Abi grew up in the diverse and creative setting of 1970s North London and worked in film and digital media. She began her therapeutic journey in the early ‘90s, immersing herself in personal work through the many person development programmes at Spectrum Therapy. Inspired by her own learning and progressive development, she applied to join the Spectrum Therapy Psychotherapy Training Programme and began working in private practice as a psychotherapist in 2011.
Having been a Spectrum Therapy practitioner for some years, Abi moved to the Spectrum Studio Highgate when it opened in 2021. Abi’s work has included working with mothers at the Hackney Daubeney Centre for MIND and leading workshops on intimacy and relationship development.
